CloudiBook Media Inc. will not and have no obligation to monitor the data entered by Internet users using www.CloudiBook.com, however, we reserve the right to terminate the user access to this site and delete your data from our system(s) if you failed to obey the law and/or our Terms of Use. www.cloudibook.com contains links to other websites, we are not responsible for the content of those websites. While uploading data into www.CloudiBook.com, we strongly suggest that you keep your local data in your own computers/devices safely and securely for your own backup.
We are not responsible for any kind of losses due to unexpected server
outages and/or other failures, and do not provide any type of refund and/or compensation for the loss of service due to
the outage period, we will however make every effort to fix the problem as
soon as possible. In no event shall CloudiBook Media Inc. be liable for any losses, damage, data loss arising from the use of www.CloudiBook.com system.

Two or more persons share the same user name and password is prohibited. Each person can have five free iBooks, each business can have one free iBook, each iBook 1 GB free, not include commercial iBook for sale.
Intellectual property rights, reservation of rights; other restrictions. CloudiBook software is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws and treaties. CloudiBook Media Inc. owns the title, copyright, and other intellectual property rights in the software, CloudiBook Media Inc. retains any and all rights in and to the CloudiBook software system, including copyrights, patents, trade secret rights, trademarks and other intellectual property rights. All rights including Federal and International Copyrights, are reserved by CloudiBook Media Inc. The system design idea, programming structure and organization, and all source code of the CloudiBook software system are valuable trade secrets and confidential information of CloudiBook Media Inc. It is illegal to reuse any part of them for any kind of purpose. The system user(s) should not use the same or similar CloudiBook software system design idea to develop the same or similar software system.
The system User(s) should not modify, adapt, translate the CloudiBook system software including system design idea to create derivative works based on the CloudiBook software system.
GOVERNING LAW: all issues shall be governed by the laws of Manitoba, Canada
Limitation of liability:
To the maxium extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall CloudiBook Media Inc. be liable for any
special, incidental, indirect, or consequential damages whatsoever (including, without
limitation, damages for loss of business profits, business interruption, loss of business information,
or any other pecuniary loss) arising out of the use of or inability to use the www.CloudiBook.com
system software or the failure to porvide support services, even if CloudiBook Media Inc.
has been advised of the possibility of such damages, in any case, CloudiBook Media Inc.'s entire liability
under any provision of this eula shall be limited to CAD$0.01
